The Haven - Our Nurture Base

Established in September 2021 'The Haven' has been designed to provide a nurturing base to meet the needs of our children. Through specific and targeted interventions, the children accessing the Haven will be supported with their emotional and social wellbeing and encouraged to reach their full potential.

The Haven consists of a team of highly trained staff with expertise in working alongside children that need support with their emotional well-being. With a focus on positive practice, where self-confidence and belief underpin the ethos, the Haven staff have been trained as Diploma level Trauma Informed Practitioners, ELSA (Emotional Literacy Support) workers and are Nurture UK registered.
