The School Day:

Part time Nursery AM – Children can arrive from 8.00am for breakfast club. The school day commences at 8.50am. The morning session finishes at 11.15am.

Part time Nursery PM – The afternoon session starts at 12.00pm and finishes at 3.00pm. There is no afternoon session on a Friday, therefore the children attend Friday morning from 8.00am - 11.15am. 

Reception and Full Time Nursery – Children can arrive from 8.00am for breakfast club. The school day finishes at 3pm.

Reception through to Year 6:
The school gates open from 8.00am – 8.50am so the children can come into school for breakfast in their class (see section on Breakfast Club on the website).
The school day finishes between 3.05pm – 3.30pm, depending on the staggered time;

Nursery, Reception and Year One: 3.00pm

Year Two and Year Three: 3.15pm

Year Four, Five and Six: 3.25pm 

At Neyland Community School, we operate the asymmetric week, therefore the school day on a Friday for Reception to Year 6 pupils finishes at 1.00pm, once they have all had lunch.
