The Four Purposes

In December 2022 the Ysgol Senedd and Rights Respecting Ambassadors made a short film to share our curriculum and the changes with the Curriculum For Wales. Please watch our film below and listen to the children's voice to find out about learning in our school.

Our School Parliament have worked with their classes to explain what the Four Purposes look like when we are learning, and they have made some actions too. Click on the film, made by the School Parliament, to find out more!

At Neyland Community School the Purposes underpin our curriculum and are the driving force behind all we do. We aspire for our children to be ready to lead fulfilling lives as valued members of society by focussing on the core purposes throughout our child-led curriculum. Our children will be;
