The Harbwr – Specialist Provision at Neyland Community School

The Harbwr is Neyland Community School's specialist provision, offering a safe, nurturing and supportive environment for children with additional learning needs. We understand that every child is unique, and we take pride in getting to know each learner as an individual - their strengths, interests, challenges and potential.

Our work is guided by the Welsh Additional Learning Needs (ALN) framework, with every child supported through a personalised Individual Development Plan (IDP). We work closely with parents, carers and external professionals to ensure provision is carefully matched to each child's needs. Wherever appropriate, we support children to take part in mainstream school life, helping them feel included, valued and confident within the wider school community.
