The Harbwr - Key Information
Staff
The Harbwr is led by Mrs Harding, Lead Teacher, who oversees the provision and ensures that every child receives high-quality, personalised support in line with the Welsh ALN framework. She is supported by a dedicated team of skilled supporting staff, all of whom work closely together to meet pupils' learning, social, emotional and physical needs.
Strong relationships are at the heart of The Harbwr. Staff take time to get to know each child and their family, working in partnership to support progress outlined in each child's Individual Development Plan (IDP). We also collaborate closely with the school's ALNCo, class teachers and external professionals.
